Solution for discoloured tooth

Patient visited our Parasu Dental Hospital with the complain of discolored tooth and also gap in between his upper front tooth region.On radiographic examination, root resorption was evident.

            So we advised extraction of the discolored tooth and replace it  with dental implants.
    Basal implant was placed on the same day of extraction by the Best Implantologist in Chennai and crown was placed within 3 days followed by composite restoration in his front tooth region.
